RECIPE: Honey Mustard Chicken with Orange: In a baking pan put 1/2 cup of each: chopped onion, carrot, green pepper, 1 tbps of orange rind. Place 2 whole chicken breasts on top. Pour on 1/2 cup orange juice and 4 tbsp honey mustard sauce. Cover. Bake at 350 deg for 45 minutes. Drizzle honey mustard sauce fancifully over chicken. Garnish with orange slices.
