Each piece of North Atlantic Flounder is wrapped around a 2 oz. crab cake made with blue crab claw meat (Callinectes sapidus) originating from American waters. Cooking Directions: Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush with butter or oil. If thawed (recommended), cook for 15-20 minutes. If frozen, cook for 25-30 minutes.
Note: Remove all wrapping material prior to cooking. Tray is oven ready. Cook until an internal temperature of 165°F.
