Preparation Suggestions:
Oven: Pre-heat oven on Bake to 450 degrees F. Places on a non-oiled baking sheet and bake for 13-14 minutes until golden brown. Deep Fry: Set deep fry temp to 350 deg F and pre-heat. Once oil has reached temperature place fish portions into oil for 2-3 minutes until batter is golden brown.
