The classic fish sticks that kids love are now available from Starfish! All natural, with no artificial ingredients, Starfish Gluten Free Panko Breaded Fish Sticks are never minced or ground. They are cut from whole fillets of the north Pacific Ocean. Starfish fish sticks cook up crispy whether baked or fried.
Preparation Suggestions: OVEN: Prepare frozen out of the box. Remove all packaging before cooking. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Place fish sticks on greased baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes, turn over at half way point.
DEEP FRY: Heat oil to 370 degrees F. Cook fish sticks for 3-4 minutes. Do not overload fryer. Remove from fryer and place on paper towel. Let sit 1 minute to cool. Serve with your choice of gluten free dipping sauce.
Serving Suggestions: Serve in a gluten free tortilla with your favorite sauce or put 2-3 fish sticks on a gluten free bun and make your favorite fish sandwich.
