Satisfy your sweet tooth with their melt-in-your mouth cinnamon rolls. Loaded with cinnamon and spices and topped with a sugary glaze, their rolls will please everyone at your breakfast table. Pop in the oven for a warm and comforting treat. Four to a pack.

Shelf life: approx 6 months frozen.

Ingredients: Water, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, potato starch, canola oil, egg whites, brown sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, cultured dextrose, ascorbic acid (ascorbic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch). Filling contains: sugar, palm oil shortening, tapioca starch, water, ground cinnamon, canola oil, sunflower lecithin (sunflower lecithin, rice flour, tricalcium phosphate), salt. Ah, cinnamon rolls!!! These are very good!! But take the advice of everyone else, eat them right away. For the outside gets hard quick. But they are very tasty and delicious!!

Really good for store bought cinnamon rolls - tried them in the microwave and the oven and both turned out well but like others said you need to eat them right away whenthey are warm otherwise they get tough.

My Dad and I are both celiacs. We had these over the holidays and thought they were pretty good. We tried them both warmed in the microwave and oven. Both worked okay, just watch that you do not overheat as they get dried out and tough to eat.

I was slightly disappointed with these rolls. I was expecting the yumminess of the Udi brand. The roll was kind of dry and not much cinnamon filling. The icing was a bit too much cinnamon for me. I would try heating them in the oven. I had just let mine thaw out. The taste was like eating slightly sweetened bread with a lot of cinnamon. Sorry. I do LOVE UDI's blueberry muffins.

These are great cinnamon rolls. Like other Udi products they are not too dense. I have made these and thrown on some almonds and it is fabulous. They give you a generous amount of icing in each packet. If you have the time, heating these up in the oven rather than the microwave makes them a really enjoyable fresh light pastry.
