This is my go to brand for gluten-free bread. You really cannot tell that this bread is gluten-free. Use it as a bun for hamburgers, salmon burgers, veggie burgers and also for cold cuts. Highly recommend!

These are the first hamburger buns that my child would eat. They are not dry and crumbly like the ones I've purchased before. Maybe not like a wheat bun, but definitely worth getting again.

I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be able to have a burger on a bun again!!! These rolls are the best I've tasted. They're as close to 'real' bread as can be, and they're not just great for hamburgers. They're perfect for sandwiches as well. Toasted, grilled, or just warmed for 10 seconds in the microwave, these rolls will fit whatever you're putting on them.

My daughter absolutely loves these rolls. It is the only thing she will eat with anything that goes on a roll! She puts them in the fridge and they seem fine for the whole week! I am wonering how the bread is? We tried a couple of brands that she did not like, so she is nervous to try any other breads.

Though they can't compare to regular, wheat flour buns, my daughter enjoys these in her lunch. I set one out to thaw the night before packing her lunch, and they are perfect the next day for her PBJ sandwich.

I love these hamburger buns. It is one of the only times I feel normal when eating a burger. These are the ones Red Robin use. They are more dense than usual gluten buns. Delicious option!

I just had these Udis classic hamburger buns and I rather enjoyed it! I grilled them for burgers. They have a slightly buttery taste (or maybe it is just me?) That I enjoyed. For the price and quality, I will probably get it again!

Awesome buns. They taste like real hamburger buns. The best way to keep them from crumbling is to open them up then broil them in the oven, inside facing the broiler, then flip for outside to face the broiler. When they are brown on the inside, they are crisp and hold together. The hotdog buns are the same way.

These are good buns and are large enough for a bigger sandwich. They hold together well, but the last few bites sometimes are a challenge (messy, crumbly). From the freezer, I wrap the bun in moist paper towels, nuke it for 1 minute at 50% power, prepare my sandwich immediately and eat it with no delay. They tend to quickly get a dried out texture if left unused for too long. I have not tried toasting them (that's just my preferece) but I believe this bun would hold up well to toasting. This has been a good, reliable sandwich bun with only small adjustments due to its GF nature.

These hamburger buns are great with barbeque. Soften them in a microwave for 15 seconds, and I slice some of the dough off if it is too thick--great!!!!

Udi's hamburger buns are still a work in progress in my opinion. Still pretty good though. The bun did fall apart while eating, still more bread than burger, and I make 1/4 lb burgers. Taste and texture was fine. Not sure I would buy them again. The hot dogs buns are the best though.

I bought these online from GF mall. The buns are okay, a little hard / dry. Nuking them softens them. In truth I prefer Udi's bagels for hamburgers and sandwiches.
