Indulge in their sinfully delicious and decadent double chocolate muffins. Topped with chocolate chips, these muffins will surely please chocolate lovers everywhere! Their soft, moist double chocolate muffins are even better served as a dessert with strawberries, blueberries or raspberries.

Shelf life: approx 6 months frozen.

Ingredients: Evaporated cane juice, eggs, filtered water, chocolate chips (evaporated cane juice, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter), tapioca starch, brown rice flour, canola oil or sunflower oil, cocoa powder, palm shortening, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, calcium sulfate, monocalcium

These muffins are incredibly delicious and very very filling! I usually cut one muffin in half and only eat a half at time because they are quite filling and that way they also last longer!

These Double Chocolate Muffins simply melt in your mouth, are soft and spongy, do not fall apart, and are better than regular gluten muffins. I took mine from the refrigerator and cooked it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to melt the chocolate chips. At the first bite I thought I was in heaven. I am not exaggerating by any means. Of all the gluten free products for the prices that I have paid, this is one of the only products that I do not question paying the price. Because I am diabetic, I cut each one in half to give portion control which is about 110 calories, and they are so rich and flavorful that I am completely satisfied with a half and my cup of coffee. I cannot imagine anyone not enjoying these muffins.
