These crusts are the closest thing I have found to real pizza crusts. Unfortunately, I get a reaction from them. In researching, I found others that had issues due to the xantham gum. Give them a try because they are excellent if you don't have the same issue.

Udi's gluten-free pizza crust was a very good value and beats buying pizza at a pizza place which is more expensive and does not taste as good. It's very hard to find a gluten free pizza place, and then when you do the pizza never tastes that good. More people have to start asking for gluten-free items so they become more available, and then you can have a good variety to choose from. Udi's makes great gluten-free items, but we need more manufacturer's moving in this direction.

Let's face it, Udi's brand is THE BOMB. They can make you forget you are gluten-free in so many delicious ways. Why have to give up pizza?! The fact is, you don't! This crust will satisfy even the most skeptical palates. Just pile on your favorite toppings and enjoy your trip to pizza-town!

This is an excellent pizza crust, though I mostly use it as a 'pita' bread, spreading a variety of toppings on it. Even by itself, slightly toasted, it has a pleasing taste.

I especially enjoyed this pizza crust. I put a layer of light ranch dressing on it and topped it with spinach, garlic and a little ricotta cheese. It was delicious!

I made these tonight. They are the best we have found. I baked them on a pre-heated pizza stone, and they came out super crispy.

These pizza crusts are great. I am on such a restricted diet that it is nice to be able to make a quick and easy pizza that I can actually eat and enjoy. No weird texture or after taste either. In love.

This is one of the best crusts I've had! It is thin, and the edges get crispy when made on a pizza stone. That is the perfect pizza for me!!

These are the ONLY crusts I will use to make pizza at home! Other crusts are heavy as bricks and come with a calorie count to match... A tip for using the crusts frozen: if you have a microwave with a quick 1 pound defrost option, put the crust in on that setting, and let it go halfway through that defrost action, then take the crust out and let it sit on a rack for a couple minutes before topping. It will then be perfect for cooking immediately after all your ingredients are on (this works for me, anyway). Also, I have found it best to bump up the cooking temperature a bit from the recommended degrees, and to leave it in for the entire suggested time, if not a couple minutes more. It will be crispy and delicious! (Assuming, that is, that you don't overdo the sauce and other wet toppings.) I enjoy an entire pizza made this way for dinner, guilt-free, about 3 times a month!

Great pizza crust if you like thin, crispy pizza. We love to make different kinds of pizzas, and if you do not want to make the dough from scratch, I highly suggest this crust.

I was really impressed with the flavor and thinness of this pizza crust. GF pizza can be so heavy but Udi's got it right. This will be a staple in my home for Friday night pizza.

These hold up well to the grill for the very on food trend grilled pizzas that Cooking Light and other magazines feature monthly in spring, summer and fall. Overall, they are my second favorite premade pizza crust after Against the Grain.

This pizza crust is so good!! It is thin crust, but not overly crispy (I even cooked it on the wrack). It is the perfect combination of soft and crunchy: the exposed crust gets crunchy, while the sauce/topping covered area stay soft. It is personal size, so remember that if cooking for more than one person. Also, I have watched a youtube video on using this crust as a substitute for the dumplings in chicken and dumplings by cutting them up like you would rolled dough and dropping them in simmering broth.

Love this crust! Made it for me (I'm gluten free) and my very food critical boyfriend (not gluten free) and this was the first gluten free crust we both liked. Tastes great, stays together and does not have grainy feel to it. I would recommend this product if you like to make your own pizza at home.

These are the best gluten free pizza crusts on the planet!! My boyfriend who is not GF LOVES them!! So easy, makes make-your-own-pizza night waaaay less of an ordeal. Just pick your toppings, and pop it in the oven. Crust has just the right amount of thickness. Taste is excellent. I recommend trying these with a breakfast pizza--eggs, bacon, sausage, peppers, and cheese. YUM!

Udi's is by far the best of all of the Gluten Free Breads/pizza crust. We have gone through EVERY brand of bread and the only one my 8 year older daughter will eat is Udi's. She will eat other pizza crusts when it's all I have but never finishes it like when she has an Udi's crust. I am so glad there is a company that is making good gluten free bread items.
