This bread is so delicious! My husband, who doesn't have to eat gluten-free, is crazy about this bread. I use it for sandwiches, toast, or just eat it as is. I like the texture as well.

This bread is awesome. It is probably my most favorite bread I have found since going gluten-free almost 4 years ago. I do try other ones but keep coming back to this one.

This is my all time favorite gluten free bread. The texture and flavor are great. Not too thick, not too thin, just right. It is a staple of every Gluten-Free Mall order for me. Try it...it is fantastic.

The Millet-Chia bread is my favorite of Udi's breads. It's moist and chewy like I expect bread to be, and the seeds give a good texture with the slight crunch. I've toasted the bread with honey, jam, or coconut butter on top and have eaten it untoasted as sandwiches. The bread has worked and tasted great with everything I've tried it with.

Unbelievable! I have been searching high and low for a higher fiber gluten free loaf that is actually edible. This one is downright delicious. I love the chia seeds - so good for our sensitive celiac stomachs. The first ingredient is still tapioca, but there are plenty of great grains in here to write home about.

I love this bread. It's soft, chewy and moist. It has the taste and consistency of great regular artisan bread. The only downside is the chia seeds inside the bread, which get stuck between your teeth or sometimes in your throat causing slight choking and coughing. Otherwise a great bread.

This is the best GF bread I have found so far! I love bread and it was very hard to go gluten-ree and not have a good bread. I have tried several types and this is my favorite! I love that it is great-tasting and contains fiber. I take it from the freezer to the refrigerator and toast it with butter.

I really like this bread. Although it is soft and moist without being toasted, I like to toast this bread before using it in a sandwich.

This by far the best bread my husband has eaten so far. All of the other Udi's brands have been good but this is the best for sandwiches. Just wish it were not so expensive.

This is the best gluten free bread I have ever eaten. It is very moist so I don't have to toast it in order to enjoy. I keep mine in the refrigerator after I remove it from the freezer. The taste of these grains gives a sandwich a unique flavor and also are nutritionally good for you. I have purchased other Udi products and am completely sold on their quality, taste, and texture.

I have been gluten free for almost three years now and have tried a lot of different breads and this is by far my new favorite. The chia seeds give it such great flavor and the texture cannot be beat. Every time I order, this has to be included...at least one loaf. I like other Udis breads also and think they are all around best gluten free breads, but it is the flavor of the millet-chia that makes me give it the all time best rating. Try it, you will like it.

I found this bread...and fell in love with this "real" high fiber light healthy bread. Best bread thus far in my first year of being gluten-free.

This is now my favorite bread! The texture is soft and stretchy like real bread; holds together on sandwiches even with a big juicy tomato slice. The seeds and whole grains give it a delicious chewy crust. Did I mention flavor? I can eat this bread just plain right out of the bag. Delicious and good for you. I stock up and keep it in the freezer. Individual slices can be defrosted in the micro or on the counter. They taste fresh and the texture is perfect. Makes great toast too but I've gone so many years without fresh bread I am just loving this bread just as it is.

This is the best bread I have eaten in 30 years of gluten free living. It has good texture, is moist and I love the chia for protein.
