Udi's is THE best brand of bread that I have found! The texture is like that of bread you would eat that is not gluten-free!

For almost 4 years, we've been learning what to buy and what not to buy again. It is definately trial and error. Any gluten-free bread we bought was so so. You could make my daugher french toast etc., but the taste and texture was not so great for sandwiches. Then there was Udi's... My daughter for the very first time ever had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, thanks to this bread. This is the closet we have ever found to regular bread. I can not wait for this company to start making mixes to bake yourself! That'd be great!

Super! This bread really holds together and tastes very good. It is good toasted too. I really like the bread in tuna fish salad sandwiches, chicken salad sandwiches and expecially peanut butter and miracle whip dressing. (These are no more strange than peanut butter and banana sandwiches or peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches.)

Awesome bread. Made some grilled cheese with it, and the butter soaked into the bread as if it were regular white bread. Stayed soft, and each piece is a good size.

Best gluten free bread I have tried yet. Keep it in the freezer until ready to use and pop in toaster to defrost and it is ready to go. The only downside is that the loaf is so small but that goes with any gluten-free bread.

Best gluten-free bread we have tried for sandwiches. Soft and moist, and doesn't fall apart, though the taste is a bit bland. The only complaint is the size of the slices. If Udi's could figure out a way to make the slices slightly larger, then it would be perfect.

As soon as we took this bread out of the package, I knew it was going to be the bread we purchased from now on. It LOOKS like read bread. It has the right texture and the right crust. It doesn't crumble and fall to pieces. You can use it RIGHT OUT OF THE PACKAGE. The taste is soft and satisfying. I adore the Udi's products. You will not be disappointed!

Bread, AWESOME. I had ordered a different kind but luckily, the mall was out of it. The very nice sales lady called and suggested I try this and I am so glad I did because it is great. My children even like it and they don't have celiac. Very strange, huh? I truly encourage you to try it.

This bread is by far the best we have tried thus far! My son had been missing "soft bread" and my daughter was really tough on transitioning... I believe this bread has saved us a lot of headache and made us all happy! My son was so excited when we toasted it just 1 time and it browned! As apposed to 3 or 4 times with other breads to barely get a tin to it! He said. "Real Toast!" They even ate the crust!!!

I was just recently diagnosed with celiac. I have been disabled for years, but worked at a discount health food store part time for nearly 6 years, so I knew where to go for my new diet! I have no desire to try anything else. I would have been happy to eat Udi's even if I did not have celiac. I'm not much of a bread eater, so that is saying something. Good plain, toasted, made into French toast, or covered in Mom's goulash. Really good.

Just when I was about to give up on bread forever-including homemade we found Udis. I now have a good substitute! It is not the perfect replacement I hope to find one day but I can grill it. Toast it and YES even eat it straight from the bag. No more trying to dry out the bricks of bread I tried before Udis. This bread is so awesome. Udis-please fulfill my wildest dreams of having perfect hot dog buns- hamburger buns- subway sandwich buns- bagels with the works- pizza or crusts- and pizza rolls. Cheese-its would be affectionately eaten as well. I love you dearly!

Of all the gluten free breads I've tried, this is by far the best. The texture and flavor is the closest to "normal" as I've seen. It makes a fantastic grilled cheese!

I love this bread. I keep it in the freezer or fridge, never on the counter as I think it stays fresher that way. It does not need toasting to help with the taste. It is great for sandwiches.

This bread is great! I love the taste and texture. It is like eating "normal" bread again and you can easily make sandwiches without worrying about the bread crumbling! I am always on the go and this bread is so convenient to bag and take for snacking on sandwiches at a later time! Enjoy!! It's amazing! Highly recommended!!

If you want a bread that tastes as good as regular homemade bread this is it! I bought this for my daughter who has celiac disease and we could not believe how good it tastes! Just putting butter on a slice is like eating a top quality white bread. You would never know it was gluten-Free. Try it!

Finally, I can eat sandwiches and make pizza or garlic bread without feeling deprived. This bread is as close to the real thing that I have found. It gives me renewed hope for a normal tasting diet.

This is hands down the best gluten free bread my son and I have tried thus far, and we have tried a large variety of them. It stays fresh on the counter for much longer than the other gluten free breads, and it has the texture and taste of regular breads. It also toasts very well. I make a lot of tuna salad for sandwiches, and most gluten free breads fall apart, but this one doesn't, whether it is toasted or untoasted. The slice sizes are still smaller than regular breads, but otherwise it is a great tasting, nicely textured bread.

You'll never believe Udi's gluten free breads are gluten free. My friends and family can't even tell the difference between Udi's and wheat filled whole grain breads. They ask for Udi's now instead of the other stuff.

The BEST white gluten-free bread I have EVER had. I have looked for years for a bread to have for sandwiches. Spent a small fortune tasting the lack luster gluten-free breads and have never been able to make a good gluten-free bread. This is the ONLY bread that I like. Everything said about it is true. Good does not even come close to how great this bread tastes and how wonderful it is.

This is the taste of toast that I haven't had in two years. I had poached eggs on toast this morning and thought I'd died and gone to heaven! It actually tastes like real bread. You have to try it! Yum!
