Wow! Taste and texture are just like wheat-based bread. I truly could not tell the difference. I was in despair after trying a couple of other gluten-free breads, which were so awful I had resigned myself to just living without it. But then I had Udi's. Only one slightly picky point: the bread is a little small for sandwiches. But it toasts beautifully, and keeps very well in the freezer. LOVE it!

I can enjoy sandwiches again with this bread. It is soft and does not flake or fall apart. You can use it to make french toast or just for toast or sandwiches.

When I tried this, it tasted really good. It was very fulling and possesses wonderful texture. I like that I can have a whole grain gluten free bread. Thanks Udi's!

I've had several different brands of gluten-free frozen breads and this one is by far the very best. It has a good texture, tastes great and looks just as wonderful. I've had several people comment when seeing the bread that they thought it was normal bread made from wheat flour. Great product.

I was never fan of Whole Grain bread, but I needed something. I have to say, this is defiantely the best bread I've had. Whether it be for toast or a sandwich for lunch, it always taste delicious.

Stock the freezer! You better watch out, you will become best friends with this one. This bread is PERFECT and freezes so well. I have made so many dishes with this bread, even buzzed it in the processor for bread crumbs.

I've tried many, many gluten-free breads and rolls, but this is FAR AND AWAY the best! What a joy to have the nice chewy crust and flavorful bread that doesn't have to be smothered in something to be tasty. Try it -- you won't regret it!!!

I am so glad to have found this bread! I toasted some of this up for breakfast sandwiches, for me and my boyfriend (who is not gluten-free) and he couldn't tell the difference!
If you're looking for bread, Udi's sets the bar for others to reach. I will be checking out other products by Udi's, and can't wait to see how this bread holds up as French Toast!

This by far is the best bread I've had since being diagnosed with celiac disease. Both the whole grain and the white versions taste the most like regular bread - more than any other brand. I wish the loaf size was a little bigger - but you won't feel like you are missing anything eating this bread. I love it!!

The best gluten-free bread I've tried! Unlike most gluten free breads, Udi's is not dense and crumbly. My only complaint is that the loaf is really tiny.

FAR and AWAY the best-tasting gluten free bread!!!! You are going to want to STOCK YOUR FREEZER! This is also the whole grain version, not the white bread version. This bread has all the benefits of being whole grain, without the dangers of gluten exposure OR the blood-sugar ravaging effects of the usual highly-processed substitutes. And, as anyone who has been gluten-free for any period of time will tell you, the additional fiber is very much appreciated.
