These buns are pretty good. Sure they crumble easy but I'm willing to put up with that for a bun that is gluten-free and tastes good. This bun does all of that for me. I really enjoy eating these buns, I'll be buying these again and try to toast them before I add all my fixings next time. That might help to keep the buns from crumbling on me before I finish my burger.

Even after being reheated from frozen, these buns are still soft and delicious. I love that they are whole grain as well!

Love the taste of these hamburger buns. They are great with a burger or with a delicious sandwich. They don't get soggy or fall apart when you bite into it. I will buy these again!

I loved these! Udi's Whole Grain buns have been the best gluten-free hamburger buns that I've tried. They held up well for my burger, and I second the review that said they're even better slightly toasted.

Oh my goodness, I thought I died and went to heaven when I tasted these rolls! I cannot believe how good these are! I eat them mostly as a sandwich for lunch, also with the occasional hamburger. Sometimes I just eat one to get my bread fix. I wrap a roll in a damp paper towel and microwave it for about 10 sec. If frozen I do 10-15 sec both sides. My gluten free life is now complete with Udi's!!

These have a great texture & flavor straight from the bag, though light toasting made both better (comparable to a higher-quality supermarket bun). It held up beautifully to a fully loaded burger, and a not-too-wet barbecue hash and tomato sandwich both did pretty well when eaten quickly. Both GF & gluten eaters were well pleased, and it was really nice to be able to relax about the food so we could focus on each other!!
