Wellaby's "mini's" offer the same basic recipe with 24% real cheese using stronger flavors and a smaller size to make it an ideal snack to eat on the go for adults and kids alike.

Shelf life: Approx 10 months.

Ingredients: potato starch, edam cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), cream, parmesan cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), corn flour, rice flour, corn starch, potato fiber, sugar, milk proteins, salt, mono and di-glycerides, yeast extract, flavoring, xanthan gum, leavening (ammonium carbonate, glycono delta- lactone, sodium bicarbonate), modified starch.

I love these! In my opinion, they taste like Cheez-Its. It's so great to have something like that to snack on again.

These crackers are good, not real Parmesany though - but really good. The first criteria for me is crunch: these are nicely crunchy and hold up well. They are not so small that you cannot use with cheese or spreads, but they might be a bit messy with dips. I have enjoyed them and will order again. So far, Wellaby has been a good brand from what I have tried (this is the third cracker). I am trying one flavor at a time. If you try, I hope you enjoy too.
