Their Gluten-Free Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Snack Cake Mix begins with their signature blend of whey protein, all-natural whole grains, and flax. They mix in chocolate chips and a dash of all-natural vanilla. All you do is add the bananas, eggs and your sweetener of choice, and you will have a delicious moist (and healthy) snack.
What you will need: 8x8 inch baking pan, 2 1/2 ripe bananas (mashed well), 3 eggs, and 1/4 cup sweetener of your choice.
Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 330 degrees F. Mix eggs, bananas and sweetener together. Add contents of dry mix. Stir until smooth and bananas are well incorporated. Coat an 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray. Pour batter in prepared pan. For best results, ensure that the chocolate chips are spread evenly in the pan. Loosely cover pan with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake and additional 13-18 minutes or until batter is set. Cool before cutting.
