Cooking Instructions On the stovetop Heat 3 teaspoons olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the entire container of Couscous mix, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and cook for 2 minutes. Add 4 1/2 cup water or chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Cover, reduce heat to low, and let cook until liquid has absorbed, about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Using a fork, fluff and serve.
