My Long Journey to Celiac Disease Diagnosis
Like many people, I spent a lot of years, a lot of dollars, and endured many tests and misdiagnoses, before doctors finally discovered that I had celiac disease (also known as coeliac disease or celiac sprue), and needed to eliminate gluten and all gluten-containing ingredients from my diet. Gluten is a protein found in the three main gluten-containing grains: wheat, rye, and barley; and is often hidden in processed foods, and things like soy sauce and beer.
Celiac disease is NOT an Allergy
It's important to know that celiac disease is an autoimmune disease, not a wheat allergy. It's also different from non-celiac gluten sensitivity, gluten intolerance, or sensitivity to gluten.
Gluten-Free Diet
To treat my celiac disease I had to go on a gluten-free diet for life. That meant learning to read food labels to avoid gluten ingredients, and eating a diet of mostly naturally gluten-free foods like meats, fruits, nuts, vegetables, and packaged foods only if they are certified gluten-free or labeled gluten-free, for example gluten-free breads made using gluten-free grains.
My Celiac Disease Symptoms, Diagnosis and Recovery
My symptoms included weight loss, long-term diarrhea, bloating, and abdominal pain (especially in my middle-right section while sleeping. Once I began and maintained a gluten-free diet, those symptoms slowly disappeared....[READ MORE about my long and winding road to a celiac disease diagnosis and recovery.]

Partial Positive Biopsy/Negative Serology - is celiac still possible?
The supplements should work with time on a gluten free diet. I would be concerned about that sodium level. From the other results you posted, the trend seems to be downward. Please do follow up about that. It's not normal to walk around constantly with a sodium of 130. As for diagnosis, you could go back on a full gluten containing diet and blood... -

Lots of celiac symptoms but negative blood test? Need advice!
Sorry! Yes, that was typed confusing/weird…I was eating my normal gluten containing diet up to the blood work, got the results on 3/30, started the next day of changing my diet pretty drastically- 3/31-4/12. Then fell off the rails over this past weekend thinking I was feeling better and had a friend’s birthday, etc. At first, the individual foods didn’t b... -

Partial Positive Biopsy/Negative Serology - is celiac still possible?
Thank you for your insight @plumbago @trents ! I am taking supplements for B12 and D3 now, but after retest, I am still low. I am hoping to be approved for B12 shots soon. My Neurologist mentioned that the B12 deficiency could be due to malabsorption and thought that the supplements would not work because of it; she said that is a common issue with Celiac... -

10 years later, my celiac is progressing
This may not be a welcome comment but I found cutting out sugars altogether helped me a lot. Ketosis is extremely therapeutic and ant inflammatory. I tried the specific carbohydrate diet and GAPS and found under 20 g carbs from green veges with high fat and moderate protein is the best diet for me. i was strict gluten and diary free for years without much...
