    Cashew Cumin Roasted Fennel Snacks (Gluten-Free)
    This recipe makes a great, healthy snack that is perfect to tide you over between meals!

    Gluten-Free and Vegan
    Serves 4
    Ingredients:
    4 large fennel bulbs, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces, reserving fronds 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp. lemon zest 1 cup ground cashews 2 tsp. cumin 1/4 tsp. sea salt Directions:
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lay fennel fronds in a large baking dish lined with tin foil; top with fennel bulb pieces.  Sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, cashews, cumin and sea salt. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; set aside to cool for 2 minutes before serving. Serve warm with a dollop of hummus, guacamole or salsa. Enjoy.

    Crunchmaster Cheezy Crisps are Great Gluten-free Snacks
    I recently tried Crunchmaster's Cheezy Crisps, which are little triangle-shaped gluten-free cheese-flavored rice crackers, and I must say that it was hard to put them down! This is the type of snack where one serving size may as well just be "one box" because it is that difficult to stop eating them.
    The first thing you notice when you put one in your mouth is the taste of real cheddar cheese, which always goes great with crackers. They taste almost like you are eating a piece of baked cheddar cheese, which reminds me of the fact that the crackers are baked and not fried, so they are healthier than some alternative cheese snacks that are on the market. I also like the fact that they use 100% whole grain corn and brown rice flour as the base of these crackers, and there is 22g of whole grain per serving (which means that I almost had 88g of fiber!).
    Overall I think these crackers would be a good addition to any party, or just to have around for your kids or yourself--just make sure you don't eat the whole box!

    Tennis' top ranked Djokovic let out a resounding bellow after claiming his own eighth Grand Slam of his own, before a bit of good-natured turf snacking.
    The 28-year-old joked that he had incorporated Wimbledon grass to his gluten-free training diet because "I was assured that's it's gluten free, it's not processed, completely organic and natural and I could eat it," he said. "So I had no reaction."

    Three Bakers Gluten Free Chocolate Chip and Honey Graham Snackers
    Today I had the pleasure of trying out two new products from Three Bakers Gluten Free: Chocolate Chip Snackers and Honey Graham Snackers, and I'm very impressed by both.
    Just as the "Snackers" name implies, these new products make a perfect snack. The texture of Snackers is a bit like a cracker, bit their taste is more like a cookie. I really like the fact that the first ingredient is whole grain brown rice flour, which has more fiber and nutritional value than plain rice flour.
    The Honey Graham Snackers had an identical flavor to regular wheat graham crackers that I've missed so much. You can really tasted the honey graham flavor.
    The Chocolate Chip Snackers tasted remarkably like a great chocolate chip cookie, but again, these have the consistency of crackers, so you never get the feeling that they are too sweet or unhealthy.
    Overall I highly recommend these new treats to anyone, regardless of whether or not they avoid gluten, as they will be enjoyed by all. I will also be including them as a treat in my daughter's school lunches because she absolutely loves them!
