    I recently tried Benitos gluten free Black Bean Chipotle BBQ Chips and boy was I impressed!  These chips are free from gluten, corn, soy and potato.  This is truly one of those products that seems too good to be true, and I would have never guessed that this great tasting chip is also low glycemic, high in fiber and omega 3's and packs 4 grams of protein for each serving!  It reminded me of a corn chip without the corn, and the seasoning added an extra "sinful" flavor to the chip.  Beanitos gluten free chips pack a great crunch and hold up beautifully to dipping.

    I just enjoyed the most amazing gluten-free tiramisu, something I've missed since going gluten-free nine years ago!  This traditional Italian dessert from GlutenOut is made in Italy, but amazingly it can be delivered right to your door.  Each layer of the tiramisu was perfect, and it had such a wonderful light and fluffy texture--yet each bite was so wonderfully rich and satisfying.  Each package of the tiramisu held two perfectly proportioned servings which took only a short period of time to defrost. Did I mention that they are also made in a dedicated gluten-free facility?

    Great news for anyone who is not only on a gluten-free diet: Bold Organics Veggie Lovers Pizza is also dairy-free and vegan.  This pizza is topped generously with organic roasted peppers, onions, shiitake mushrooms and Follow Your Heart's vegan mozzarella cheese.  My kids didn't even question the dairy-free cheese and just dug right in.  This thin crust pizza baked up beautifully, and we all loved the flavor and the texture!  Not to mention that this is a wonderful treat for those with additional food allergies for it is also free from peanuts, tree nuts and eggs.

    And he needs to be super strict in his gluten free diet! SUPER strict, not just low gluten. No cross contamination, NONE.  I am so sorry, there are no short cuts with the testing. It flat out sucks but there you have it.  Welcome to the forum!
    Hi TDZ, My understanding is the same, a full gluten challenge is needed for the DH diagnosis.  The method the use for DH is to take a skin biopsy from next to a lesion, not on it.  They check the biopsy for IgA antibodies. I don't know of any way to shortcut the process and avoid eating gluten to get tested.  There may be a test some  day that doesn't require it, but for now I don't think there are any out there.     Hello, new here and new to the whole thing! My husband has been battling this rash and assorted digestive issues for years.
