    I recently tried Amy's new Gluten Free Rice Crust Margherita Pizza.  The picture on the box was enticing, and I was impressed with the list of natural and organic ingredients, so I just had to give it a try. 
    Upon opening the box I noticed chunks of real mozzarella cheese sprinkled with basil.  It was the perfect size for my toaster oven, but I have a pizza stone so I decided to prepare it in the oven.  The aroma was very promising, and it even caught the attention of my kids.  The pizza was done in about 12 minutes, and it looked just like the picture on the box.  The mozzarella melted beautifully and I couldn't wait to dig in.  The crust had a nice crunch to it and a chewy texture...combine that with the blend of the mozzarella and basil and a hint of garlic and it was delicious! 
    My only complaint would be that I would have like to have a bit more sauce (I like saucy pizzas).  I loved that it was made as a single-serve pizza, since most gluten-free pizzas never taste the same the next day.  I wish I could have enjoyed the entire pizza myself, but my non-celiac kids ended up liking it as much as me!

    If your looking for a quick grab and go breakfast or a satisfying snack that is gluten free, dairy free and also vegan, then I would suggest Amy's Gluten-free Tofu Scramble Breakfast Wrap.  You can either microwave it just shy of 2 minutes, or put it in the oven if you prefer a crispier wrap. 
    This wrap is filled with organic vegetables like tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms and spinach.  Amy's wrap also has organic hash browns which I think gives it more of that “comfort food” feeling, along with plenty of organic tofu of course. 
    In my opinion, this was well seasoned, and I really liked how they blended all of these nutritional ingredients to make not just a healthy breakfast alternative, but a tasty one as well. 
    Amy's Gluten-free Tofu Scramble is wrapped up like a burrito, but I would have to say that the texture of the wrap reminds me more of a crêpe than it does a tortilla, but I like it just the same.  In addition to tasting great, this wrap contains 11 grams of protein and has no trans fat, MSG or preservatives – not a bad way to start the day!

    I tried out a new app called “Gluten Free Bartender.”  This app is designed to make life easier for people to find gluten-free drinks. The “Drinks” section opens by default, and in it you will find categories: beers, champagne, ciders, liquors, mixers, wine coolers, wines, and miscellaneous.
    What I really liked about the app was the ability to view categories by brand, or by recipes that can be made using a particular brand.  You can also easily add items and recipes to a “Favorites” list. Another nice feature is the ability to see dated gluten-free information about the product which comes directly from the manufacturer, including contact information.

    Welcome!   The TTG IgA can be elevated due to other Autoimmune disorders, but just slightly.  Your result definitely requires you to be referred to a GI for further evaluation (e.g. small intestinal biopsies).  My guess?  Your odds that you have celiac disease is very high.   I am a TD2, have celiac disease, and have many intolerances and allergies.  The good news is that you many be able to ditch the MAOI diet once your small intestine heals!  
    I recently started a medication that's known to cause hypothyroidism, and in me, it has. As I increased the dose, my TSH went higher, in an almost lockstep fashion. On the most recent set of blood tests, after my TSH had gone over the threshold, my GP decided to chuck a coeliac test in there since hypothyroidism can be linked to coeliac disease, even though it seems pretty much certain the hypothyroidism is caused by the medication.     TDZ, that is interesting that you mention weed-eating as coinciding with the start of your husband's rash, as about 12 years ago I had a possibly similar experience.  It was in the spring (meaning late May here in SC Alaska), and I was cutting the lawn.  Rather than bagging up all the lawn clippings, I would just take the filled bag off the mower, walk into the woods behind the house, and pull out the clippings with my hand and then scatter them around (so that they didn't just all rot and feste
