We are also proudly plant-based and non-GMO verified by the Non-GMO Project , meaning no eggs or dairy are used to bind our breads or buns. We go the extra mile to do a voluntary third-party glyphosate-free check on all our foods to make sure they are free of glyphosate, the main active ingredient in Roundup herbicide, which has been deemed a probable carcinogen (cancer-causing) by the World Health Organization.
