    We never compromise on food quality, so every loaf is certified gluten-free to a threshold of less than 10 parts per million (ppm)—that’s 50% below the threshold accepted by the FDA, FDR, and Celiac Disease Foundation. We are also proudly plant-based and non-GMO verified by the Non-GMO Project , meaning no eggs or dairy are used to bind our breads or buns. We go the extra mile to do a voluntary third-party glyphosate-free check on all our foods to make sure they are free of glyphosate, the main active ingredient in Roundup herbicide, which has been deemed a probable carcinogen (cancer-causing) by the World Health Organization.

    On top of our exceptionally high standards, we use a small list of the best gluten-free ingredients so our breads and buns are soft and smooth or lightly textured with healthy gluten-free seeds for added crunch.
