Healthy gluten-free meals for an entire week, month or year are now possible using the Gluten Free Meal Planner.  With this amazing online service you can get access to ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  The menus come with a pretty photo of the finished dish along with easy to follow instructions including preparation and baking time.

Gluten Free Meal PlannerI especially love the way the shopping list for each week is designed.  It is cross-referenced so you know which food items are needed for which meal, so you don't have to go back and try to figure that out when you return home from the grocery store.

Celiac.com 11/03/2008 - I've always had trouble getting my kids to eat salads, so when I first saw this recipe I immediately wondered if this would be the one that "does the trick," and convinces them that salads are not just good for you, but can also taste good too. What I liked best about this recipe was how simple it was to prepare. Most chicken salad recipes that I've made...

Fish oil supplements provide well-established health benefits, but they are especially beneficial for celiacs because they aid in the recovery of fat levels and reduce intestinal inflammation. Eagle Therapeutics' CeliAct Fish Oil is tailored specifically to the needs of celiacs: taking CeliAct alone is great, but you really need that extra fat to heal your intestines.

Celiac.com 11/21/2014 - Some afternoons at work seem to go by slowly. The other day I decided to try a PureFit Nutrition Bar instead of my usual cup of coffee.  Since I love peanut butter and nuts, I figured it would be good...and it was!
This bar is chewy, sweet, and filling.  About 10 minutes after eating it, I felt more alert and had no desire to continue snacking.

Hi, I recently got some digestive enzymes and am unsure when to take them, before or after a meal? I'm hoping they will help me absorb more nutrients. Anyone whose had experience?
Is there an app or book to identify kosher gluten free food in Europe ?
Thank you for this perspective and the bucket list idea.  She totally gets it and has already started her list Thank you.  I wonder if the US is on board with this approach as well.
