First, you'll want to start with a gluten-free bread that can stand up to the peanut butter challenge. Three Bakers gluten-free Whole Grain White Bread is soft and perfect for sandwiches. It's such a popular choice, we rolled out a Large Slice White Bread version.

What we love about this family staple is that it is whole grain and an excellent source of fiber.

Next, you'll want to choose your nut butter - while peanut butter is a popular choice, almond butter, sunflower butter, almond butter and cashew butter are all great options!

Now, choose the “J” - this could be jelly, honey, fresh fruit, or low-sugar jam.

    Here are some fun variations:

    • Uncrustables - top with your favorites, use a wide mouth cup to remove the edges and seal the sides. Freeze your leftovers for a quick lunch or snack!
    • Rainbow Sandwiches - why not up your game with a variety of nut butter flavors and jelly flavors?
    • PBJ French Toast - dip your sandwich in French Toast batter and grill! A guaranteed crowd pleaser.

However you choose to create this family classic, when Three Bakers gluten-free white bread is your base, your gluten-free sandwich is going to be a tasty treat!

Just as the "Snackers" name implies, these new products make a perfect snack. The texture of Snackers is a bit like a cracker, bit their taste is more like a cookie. I really like the fact that the first ingredient...
