    Celiac.com 09/08/2011 - Adding fiber to your diet is important for a number of reasons, including dieting, lowering blood cholesterol, or managing or preventing diabetes or heart disease.  That being said, I recently came across psyllium fiber from Konsyl that is not only gluten-free, but also happens to be one of the most effective means of adding concentrated extra fiber to your diet. 

    I also appreciate the fact that Konsyl Original Psyllium Fiber doesn't contain artificial flavors or additives, and is also sugar-free.  When I first tried Konsyl I have to say that I was impressed with the purity of the ingredients in comparison to other brands that I've tried in the past.
