SOYJOY's Mango Coconut Gluten Free Nutrition Bar is a tasty treat made from ground whole soy and just the right balance of real coconut and exotic fruits--yet is not too sweet.

SOYJOY's Mango Coconut Gluten Free Nutrition BarSOYJOY uses pure wholesome ingredients so you know exactly what is in these bars.  The bars have more of a “cookie” texture which I find more enjoyable, and only pack 140 calories per bar.  They are a bit on the smaller size in comparison to other bars on the market, but they did their job and kept me satisfied between meals, so I would put them in my "would recommend to others" category.

  • About Me

After many years of unexplained medical issues, I was finally diagnosed with celiac disease in 2002.  The first couple of years were a rough road traveled, but I am feeling better than I ever have.  It is important that I share what I have learned over the years with others and to do my part to help raise awareness of celiac disease.

I had a gluten-free bread that "worked", until I recently tried the gluten-free certified Rudi's Multigrain Bread. I'm always a bit of a skeptic when trying new gluten-free products especially gluten-free bread! However, I couldn't ignore the buzz about Rudi's gluten-free bread and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to give it a try. I took out a slice of their Multigrain...

Wow is the best word I can use to describe this delicious gluten-free Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake by IDLife. Having tried a few other brands, I can honestly say this one is by far the best.
First of all, the taste is amazing. The vanilla is not too sweet and the chia powder gives it that boost of texture and other nutrients you can't find anywhere else. I mix my shakes with...

When I first put an orange flavored TruJoy Organic Original Fruit Chew in my mouth and began chewing, I soon noticed an intense explosion of orange flavor. It reminded me a bit of the Starburst candies that I used to eat as a child—but instead of containing corn syrup and artificial junk—these chews are organic and contain real fruit juice and cane sugar.
    The texture and che...

This is good advice. Some restaurants offer gluten-free menus or mark items with “GF” on their regular menu, and I try to eat at such places. I still talk to the manager when I order to be sure.
