GlutenOut Gluten-Free Ravioli
Italy's gluten-free ravioli delivered to your home? I recently had the pleasure of trying gluten free ravioli made by GlutenOut. I am no Italian chef, but these gluten free ravioli couldn't be any easier to cook. Just 3-4 minutes in boiling water, add a little gluten free sauce and I experienced the best tasting gluten free ravioli within minutes. They held together beautifully and tasted amazing and no wonder Italy is known for its pasta! My only complaint is that my entire family - even those who are not gluten-free ate them up, so they didn't last very long.

After many years of unexplained medical issues, I was finally diagnosed with celiac disease in 2002. The first couple of years were a rough road traveled, but I am feeling better than I ever have. It is important that I share what I have learned over the years with others and to do my part to help raise awareness of celiac disease.
