Sofella's Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix

Gluten-free chocolate cake has a whole new meaning after trying Sofella's Gluten-free Chocolate Cake Mix! Preparing the batter for the cupcakes seemed so simple that I decided to let my middle school children do all the work. Even though my kids were mixing the batter by hand, the batter for the cake blended up smoothly and was "clump free."

Sofella's Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake MixEach cupcake cooked beautifully and within the recommended time. The gluten free cupcakes came out moist and spongy with a wonderfully rich chocolate flavor. Even the non-gluten eaters in my family enjoyed Sofella's Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix!

This is the yummiest chocolate cake ever. Even my brother who is not celiac and can eat anything asked for it for his birthday, it's his favorite. If you find the mix and frosting packaged together they are both wonderful.
