    Sofella's Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix

Sofella's Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix - My cupcakes made with Sofella's Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix
Caption: My cupcakes made with Sofella's Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix

Celiac.com 09/15/2010 - Gluten-free chocolate cake has a whole new meaning after trying Sofella's Gluten-free Chocolate Cake Mix! Preparing the batter for the cupcakes seemed so simple that I decided to let my middle school children do all the work. Even though my kids were mixing the batter by hand, the batter for the cake blended up smoothly and was "clump free."

Each cupcake cooked beautifully and within the recommended time. The gluten free cupcakes came out moist and spongy with a wonderfully rich chocolate flavor. Even the non-gluten eaters in my family enjoyed Sofella's Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix!

This is the yummiest chocolate cake ever. Even my brother who is not celiac and can eat anything asked for it for his birthday, it's his favorite. If you find the mix and frosting packaged together they are both wonderful.

Celiac.com 05/26/2011 - Summer is here and it is time to fire up the grill for some serious barbecuing!  Usually I make my own sauce, but lately the weather has been so beautiful that I just can't justify spending the time in the kitchen, so I thought I would give Daddy Sam's Original Recipe Gluten Free Bar-B-Que Sawce a try.
When I sampled the sauce, it had just the right balance of tangy sweetness,  just a hint smokiness followed with a kick of spice at the end.  I was very pleased with the blend of flavors and it had such a beautiful consistency that I was eager to put it to the test.  The sauce spread easily and clung beautifully to the meat.  When it was time to eat, everyone dug in and I actually had to ask my kids to slow down!  Daddy Sam's  Original “Sawce” was so good...

Savory Foods has really hit a home run with their frozen Gluten-Free Licious Gourmet Herb Pizza Crust.
Many pre-made gluten-free pizza crusts tend to lack flavor, and more importantly, they lack the correct texture and "mouth feel." Savory Foods’ pizza crust offers everything you want in an outstanding pizza crust—great texture with just the right chewiness, a perfect blend of spices and seasonings, and most importantly, you can cook it just the way you want—if you like it crispy, just cook it a little longer, if you like it more chewy, just cook it for less time.
In my case I followed directions and let it thaw for 30 minutes, then cooked it at 425F for three minutes, then removed it from the oven and added my favorite tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni, and finished it of...

Celiac.com 04/24/2014 - Do you have the genetic markers for celiac disease?  This product will provide you with a definitive answer.
The Glutenpro Celiac Genesure Genetic Test tests for the presence of the HLA DQ2 and HLA DQ8 genotypes.   A positive test means you are at risk for the disease, but it does not necessarily mean you will develop it.  A negative result means you do not have celiac disease and can never develop it.
According to Glutenpro, those who have a family history of celiac, Type 1 diabetes or Downs Syndrome and get lab tests done for celiac disease on a regular basis will no longer have to do this, should their genetic test be negative.
Taking this test is super easy.  After your kit arrives in the mail all you do is swab the inside of your...

My daughter Mica (who is not gluten-free) and I recently tried an OMG...It's Gluten Free Cinnamon Crumb Muffin, and her reaction summed up the experience perfectly: "Dad, are you sure this is gluten-free...because it tastes too good? I want more!"
To be sure, OMG...It's Gluten Free has created a perfect crossover product. It's probably the best gluten-free muffin that I've had since going gluten-free, way back in the mid 1990's.
Both Mica and I gave this product a huge thumbs up, and she ended up eating the last one I had...before I could.
