Riega Yellow Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix Makes Perfect Gluten-Free Macaroni & Cheese

Reviewed and edited by a celiac disease expert.
Riega Yellow Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix Makes Perfect Gluten-Free Macaroni & Cheese -

Last night I made macaroni & cheese for dinner using Riega Yellow Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix. The sauce came out perfect, and was creamy, cheesy, and flavorful. Our whole family loved it, and what I really liked about it was being able to use my favorite gluten-free macaroni noodles, as I am very picky about my pasta.

This is one of the best gluten-free cheese sauces that I've tried, and it was quick and easy to prepare. This family favorite is always welcome for a quick hot lunch, or a dinner time side dish, and I will keep these on hand from now on.

Macaroni and cheese is the ultimate comfort food. Whenever nothing else sounds good, macaroni and cheese comes to the rescue. I was so sad when I had to give up gluten and dairy and thought I may never get to eat macaroni and cheese again. However, I modify the following recipe to fit my dietary requirements, and it's yummy! I substitute butter for coconut oil,  cow milk for almond milk, and real cheese for Daiya chedder. Macaroni and cheese is very forgiving and it's almost impossible to ruin it, so feel free to experiment with the ingredients and substitute where needed.
    Ingredients

Filtered water, pinch sea  salt 1 cup gluten-free macaroni noodles 1 tablespoon butter (or substitute) 1 tablespoon gluten-free all purpose flour 1 cup milk (or substitute) ¾  teaspoon sea...

I love pizza, but I am not on a gluten-free or dairy-free diet, so I am admittedly a bit skeptical of gluten-free or dairy-free pizzas. This pizza is both, and surprisingly, I was into it.
Open Original Shared LinkThe crust didn't taste like what I'm used to, but it was good. I've tried dairy-free pizzas with “cheese” that didn't melt properly and felt weird in my mouth. This cheese melts very well and gets pretty close to the real thing (just be sure to follow the final instruction and broil it for two minutes). The pizza tasted great, I just wish it had a bit more "cheese".

The closest I will ever get to going to the moon in this lifetime is by eating this delicious cheese snack made by NutraDRIED LLP.  Made of 100% cheese, this delicious food is high in protein, low in carbs, low in sugar, and low in calories...what could be better for a snack any time of day or night?
In addition to the taste and the cool name,  this cheese comes in the shape of small round crunchy balls.  Full of cheddar flavor, Moon Cheese lives up to its name as an amazing out-of-this-world treat.
