Bold Organics Deluxe Gluten-Free Pizza

I tried Bold Organics' Deluxe Gluten-Free Pizza yesterday, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. It includes pepperoni, Italian sausage, roasted peppers, onions, Shiitake mushrooms, etc., and it tastes great. As with their other pizzas, they use soy cheese which makes this pizza also milk/lactose-free, as well as gluten-free, so many people will be happy about this. I really could not tell that the cheese on this pizza was non-dairy, as it melted perfectly and tasted fine.

Since many celiacs also have issue with casein, I am certain there will be a lot of happy customers for this pizza!

Thanks to both of you. Ok, so I was feeling not great and went grain free for 5 weeks. Then slowly started to introduce grains. All seemed ok, then I had an issue after 3 weeks, with blood in my stool. Celiac wasn't on my radar. In fact, rice and oats are what seem to bother me most. But the Dr a...

This is exactly what I'm wondering also.
