Is This the World's Most Amazing Gluten-free Pizza?

Celiac.com 06/02/2015 - Consider the real estate saying about: Location, location, location. Now, ask yourself how far would you go for a good gluten-free pizza?

Sipping your beverage of choice, nibbling away pizza as you ponder the sunny azure splendor of it all, I'm sure you'll feel that your pizza is, if the not best in the world, very much the most amazing.

So far, I've found Penne Pomodoro in Dallas's Lakewood area and Joe Mamma's in downtown Tulsa to have the best gluten-free pizza crusts. They make the crusts from scratch. Most other pizzerias use pre-made frozen crusts from places like Udi's.

Sounds too perfect to be true! I just returned from Rome and had amazing pizza made completely from scratch in an Italian restaurant that has been serving GF food for 30 years. One of the owners has celiac. If you are ever n the shadow of The Vatican at Piazza del Risorgemento, you must try La Soffitta Renovatio. The choices are endless and delicious. We ate there 2 days in a row!
