I have celiac just like everyone else here but I also have a casein allergy, so no dairy allowed either.  I’m at such a loss when it comes to dinner! Any ideas?? Share recipes!

Sub your cheese with Miyoko or Kite hill versions. I normally eat omelettes, quiches, dairy free and grain free homemade baked goods, stir fry, soups, stews, grain free bread with avocado, almond, or sun butter on them, salads, nutmeal porridge, I often serve up steaks, ribs, fish, crab cakes grain free, etc for my family. Califlour foods Plant based crust is grain and diary free, miyoko vegan mozz, some sauce and toppings and pizza, might try a daiya pizza if you can eat that stuff dairy free but has stuff I can not eat. Mikey's makes dairy free, gluten free, and grain free hot pockets, muffins, and lame pizza crust. You can use Seiste foods or mikeys tortillas and make tacos, Protes protein chips have a vegan nacho cheese chip that's good for nachos.
