The West End Gluten Intolerance Group will meet at Trinity U. Methodist Church, 903 Forest Avenue on Thursday evening, July 7th at 7PM. We welcome anyone that is living the gluten-free lifestyle, or wanting to learn about it.
We will be focusing on "The Latest Out!": national information gained from the GIG Annual Education Conference, held in Chicago June 16-19, 2005, and local information presented by Dr. Martha Dawson, highlighting her gluten related clinical findings in her pediatric dental practice.
"Graham" crackers and Irish Soda Bread, exhibited by Mona's Gluten Free at the conference will be tasted, as will other gluten-free refreshments shared by our members!
