When: October 1-2, 2004
Where: Bismarck Country Club - Pre-registration is required to
guarantee a meal
Why: Inform the public and professional staff of all the latest in the
"gluten free" world.
Who: Everyone - we will all learn something beneficial to our health
Dr. Fasano, Danna Korn and Cathy Breedon will be the presenters.
Knowingly, they will deliver the most up-to-date information on celiac
disease, living gluten free and expertise on nutrition. Does ADD, ADHD,
Autism, depression, inability to concentrate, etc. have anything to do
with gluten? Danna Korn will update us on the latest findings.
Saturday, all day there will be session just for kids ages 4-14. They
will learn suggestions for snacks, cooking, eating, explaining about
celiac, etc. They will do a little cooking of their own along with
other projects.
Gluten free meals and snacks are included with registration. You will
find a great selection of items to purchase, to bid on at the silent
action and a raffle with awesome prizes.
Registration fees: Friday only $30, Saturday only $30, Both days $50,
Family up to four: Friday only $75, Saturday only $75, Both days $125,
One child for Saturday only $10.
Friday night entertainment is open to the public. Myle "the silo"
Hutzenhuhler will be rocking the house. Mylo is energetic and will have
you rocking in your seats.
