This class is designed to complement the class, "Introduction to Gluten Free" (February 21). We'll explore gluten-free menu planning, how to meet nutritional needs on a gluten free diet, how to read food labels relative to gluten free eating, and the use of alternative grains. This class is designed to help you create gluten free menus to meet the needs of your family in a nutritional, tasty and fun way.
