Saturday February 5 is the date of our next North Texas GIG meeting.
Celiac 101 begins at 9:00am. This three hour class is an extensive introduction to the gluten free diet and is lead by celiac experts who are members of North Texas GIG. There is no cost to attend.
Our regular support group meeting begins at 10:00am. We will elect officers at this meeting and hear important updates about the "Making Tracks for Celiac Disease" event we will have May 14, 2005. Our program will be a celiac panel discussion on travel and camp. You will not want to miss this discussion.
Both meetings take place at Harris HEB Hospital in Bedford, Texas. For directions to the Hospital, go to our web page and click on Meetings and Events.
Please bring a gluten-free snack to share with the group along with several copies of the recipe.
