Dr. Thomas O'Bryan, chiropractor and certified clinical nutritionist and author, will share his insights on gluten sensitivity and helpful home-tips to determine whether you're at risk. Dr. O'Bryan is an internationally-recognized speaker on the subject of nutritional and lifestyle management of gluten-intolerance related conditions.
