The comprehensive program is about the science of celiac disease as a multisystem disease. There will be an extensive program for teens that includes educational sessions, a teen cooking program and workshops. There will be an exhibit area showcasing gluten-free food companies with gluten-free samples, along with pharmaceutical and diagnostic manufacturers that are working in celiac disease. Kiwi the Clown will be hosting an arts and crafts program for children throughout the day.
