Just Like Lipton's Onion Soup Mix (Gluten-free)
There's been some confusion as to whether Lipton's Onion Soup mix contains gluten. Officially, Lipton's lists the ingredients as: Onions (deyhydrated), salt, cornstarch, onion powder, sugar, corn syrup, hydrolyzed soy protein, caramel color, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, monosodium glutamate, yeast extract, natural flavors (wheat), disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate.
Also, some folks point out that the kosher version lists yeast extract from barley as an ingredient.
Others point out, as does the website for Unilver, which makes Lipton products, that Lipton Onion Soup mix is "made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, soy, wheat, sesame and sulfites."
To be on the safe side, I usually make my own mix and store it for later use. Here's a great recipe ...

These brands of Worcestershire sauce go the extra mile to make sure their sauces are labeled "Gluten-Free." That means that you can breath extra easy about serving them to people with celiac disease.

    Is Worcestershire Sauce Gluten-Free?
Celiac.com 12/03/2020 - One question we get often is about celiac disease and Worcestershire sauce. Specifically, is Worcestershire sauce gluten free and safe for people with celiac disease?
Since 1835, Lea & Perrins has made their original Worcestershire sauce without gluten. The bottle is clearly marked as gluten-free, and the only allergen listed is fish: anchovies.
In the USA, Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce is made with distilled white vinegar, molasses, sugar, water, salt, onion, anchovies, garlic, clove, tamarind extract, natural flavoring, and chili pepper extract. These ingredients are all on Celiac.com's list of Safe Gluten-Free Ingredients.

    Brands of Gluten-free Chicken Bouillon
Celiac.com 09/27/2022 - Bouillon is one of those products that can often contain gluten. For example, Knorr bouillon cubes contain autolyzed yeast extract from barley, and so are not gluten-free. While the powdered versions of Knorr bouillons do not contain gluten ingredients, they are not considered gluten-free by the company.
In answer to the following question: Is this gluten free?
The Unilever company responded by saying that:
"The Knorr Granulated Beef Bouillon is not currently certified Gluten Free. As formulations may change, we advise checking the ingredients before each purchase." -- Unilever Consumer Services MANUFACTURER  on June 22, 2021. The following companies make gluten-free bouillon:
