Goldbaums All Natural Just Salt Gluten-Free Flatbread Crisps

Reviewed and edited by a celiac disease expert.
Goldbaums All Natural Just Salt Gluten-Free Flatbread Crisps -

Any company making an "all natural" product these days better deliver the goods and Goldbaums does. These crackers are not only free of gluten and wheat, they are also GMO free, have no preservatives, trans fats or artificial flavors and are Kosher.

Open Original Shared LinkI am amazed at how the flour made of ground chickpeas tastes like regular flour–if you weren't told you would never know the difference. These crackers are delicate and make a great snack or as an appetizer loaded with your favorite toppings.

Gluten-Free Goes Gourmet - A New Recipe Book by Vicky Pearl
The first thing I really appreciated about this cookbook, besides the gorgeous photography, is the introductory section called “Ingredients Unveiled”.  Different types of flour, sweeteners, and oils are described and the nutritional benefits of each are also included.
I like a cookbook that teaches me about what I am putting into my body, rather than just providing me with a bunch of recipes.  Of course there are plenty of great recipes for everything from dips to desserts and they are all easy to make, dairy-free, and kosher. This is a great cookbook for any gluten-free kitchen.

    Gluten Free Bartender App
I tried out a new app called “Gluten Free Bartender.”  This app is designed to make life easier for people to find gluten-free drinks. The “Drinks” section opens by default, and in it you will find categories: beers, champagne, ciders, liquors, mixers, wine coolers, wines, and miscellaneous.
What I really liked about the app was the ability to view categories by brand, or by recipes that can be made using a particular brand.  You can also easily add items and recipes to a “Favorites” list. Another nice feature is the ability to see dated gluten-free information about the product which comes directly from the manufacturer, including contact information.

VersaMeal Whole Grain Gluten-Free Baking Blend
Celiac.com 07/13/2014 - If you're looking for a quality product that can make several different kinds of baked goods including muffins, pancakes, waffles, sweet bread, and brownies you definitely need to get VersaMeal's Whole Grain Gluten-Free Baking Blend.
This new product comes in a two pound bag and it does not contain starches, gums or cellulose that are used in most other conventional mixes. I tried the blueberry muffin recipe and they came out moist with a golden crust topping that was delicious!  These muffins are great for breakfast or a midnight snack or any time in between.

Guthrie's Original Sin In A Tin Chocolate Pate Dessert (Gluten-Free)
Guthrie's Original Sin In A Tin Chocolate Pate Dessert is a wonderfully decadent treat that is perfect after any meal—it will make any occasion feel like a special one—including birthdays, holidays or any other day that you would like to make more memorable.
The taste of this wonderfully chocolaty confection reminded me of my favorite flour-less chocolate cake, but it was even better because it was more creamy and less dense. This is the type of dessert you would typically associate with a fine dining establishment, after paying too much for a meal, but now you can have it at home—and just in time for Valentine's Day!
