I have a big issue with what I believe to be a misleading headline in a recent joint press release by Domino's Pizza and the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA)...here is the headline:
"Domino’s Pizza Becomes First National Pizza Delivery Chain to Offer Gluten Free Crust"
When you read the release further, starting at the 5th paragraph, which many people will never get to, it says:
"While Domino’s new Gluten Free Crust is appropriate for those with mild gluten sensitivity, Domino’s and the NFCA do not recommend it for those with celiac disease. Domino’s and the NFCA found that while the crust is certified as gluten free, current store operations at Domino’s cannot guarantee that each handcrafted pizza will be completely free from gluten."

Consider the recent news from Italy, where five chefs joined forces to craft the world's largest pizza, a pizza which also happens to be gluten-free.

Papa John's New Gluten-Free Pizza Not Safe For Celiacs
Celiac.com 08/14/2017 - Pizza chain Papa John's is warning consumers that its new gluten-free pizza is not safe for people with celiac disease or serious gluten intolerance.
After announcing on Monday that it was introducing a gluten-free crust made with sorghum, teff, amaranth, and quinoa at locations across the US, the company warned that it does not recommend the crust for people with a serious gluten intolerance.

  Before Covid I was able to eat eggs and dairy. After Covid now my mouth gets itchy and I have stomach pain. I would give almost anything for a cheese omelette god I miss cheese. Violife is okay but I think the corn ingredients messed me up. I know I’m not allergic to coconut as I was tested for that… I don’t know any more it was hard enough being gluten free ...

  I switched to egg beaters and have no issues. Try that and see if it is a difference maker. I would eat regular eggs and feel like a rock in my chest and stomach and just feels bloated and terrible.
