    Jefferson Adams is Celiac.com's senior writer and Digital Content Director. He earned his B.A. and M.F.A. at Arizona State University.     Celiac.com 11/10/2021 - We get a lot of questions from celiac community members wondering if certain products are gluten-free. One question we see a lot is about mayonnaise. Specifically, which top brands of mayonnaise are gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease? 
    Except for eggs, nearly all top brands of mayonnaise are manufactured without known allergens, including gluten. So, most can be considered gluten-free. That said, not all of them are labeled gluten-free.

      I’m so sorry your little one is going through this. Celiac recovery can take time (sometimes months for gut healing), but the ongoing leg pain is concerning.       Thank you for the input. We go back to the GI doctor in June- she wants to do more labs to check vitamin levels( not sure why the didn't check all at once with the iron being so low) and recheck inflammatory levels. Just trying to find him some relief in the meantime.

With Marsh 3b damage to the villous lining of the small bowel, your son is likely deficient in a number of vitamin and minerals due to poor absorption, not just iron.
