    Yes, 5 ppm or below.  That is as low as the equipment can detect.  So, it can be zero.  
    Dear Bouchra, I don't want to confuse you, but I must told you that the blood test supposed to check whether you're celiac or not, it's not reliable. Your doctor gave you a good advice : do the biopsy and the endoscopy so you will have a proper result. Let us know what the result will be and, for the moment, keep eating gluten, as the gluten-free diet has caused you a lot of severe problems...
    so all "Certified" gluten free is 5 ppm?
