    Have you in fact been diagnosed with Celiac Disease and if so, are you eating gluten free?
    I had issues getting sick drinking coffee/espresso at some coffee shops and I always assumed some form of cross contamination, but drinking at home brewing myself from Christopher bean coffee and some stuff from the local grocery store never caused the issues. Although you might have a food sensitivity to coffee, or find your intestines just do not handle the acidity of the drink or the caffeine...
