@normagain, There's a difference between Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) and Candidiasis (Yeast Infection). It's possible to have one or the other or both. Gluten challenge
HI, my doctor suggested one week of consuming gluten before blood tests. I have been gluten free for 3 years. Has anyone been through this and will I get exact results after one week of consuming gluten? I don't even know if I can do this, if I get sick I am not sure if I can continue, any suggestions?? That might be true for a person with a normal appetite but mine is insatiable either because of gluten or candida or both. A sibo/candida diet is all about no carbs.
