A few weeks ago, I read a very good book about the dangers of wheat, gluten in a medical perspective, called " Wheat Belly (Revised and Expanded Edition): Lose the Wheat, Lose the Weight, and Find Your Path Back to Health".  https://www.amazon.com/Wheat-Belly-Revised-Updated-Weight/dp/1984824945/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=wheat+belly&qid=1600808291&sr=8-1   Lots of you...
Although DH hasn't been linked to uncontaminated, pure oats, I wonder if eliminating oats for a time might help your DH improve? Some celiacs are also sensitive to certain types of oats, and also need to eliminate them to recover. Regarding the Bob's Red Mill grains, I do wonder if there could be some cross contamination. Have you tried any other gluten-free brands?
