Gluten Free Dairy Free Sources For Nuts Etc

So we use to get gluten free snacks from nuts.com but turns out i have a milk ALLERGY (not intolerance) and it says packaged in the same facility as milk product for almost everythng. I am going to call them to be sure about shared lines..i'm hoping that same facility doesn't necessarily mean i have to worry about milk allergen getting on anything. But i was curious especially about walnuts. Does anyone know anything known to be completely gluten free and free of any possibility of dairy contamination for walnuts? I ask because we make cookies at christmas and we're trying to find allergen free alternatives before then to try (if health improves and we can eat it anyhow). Walnuts are commonly in the recipe. We already have enjoy life chocolate chips to use. If you know of a company good for all kinds of snacks both gluten and dairy free...please let us know!

what if you got plain walnuts in the shells, washed them, air dried them, cracked them open and get the nut meat out yourself.  no cross- contamination and then you have your nuts :)

Thank you both. I haven't had access to the test results but will get them and post here.

The ulcers are prepyloric ulcers. Not sure if that makes any difference.

Duodenal ulcers are not uncommon either and often result from H.Pylori infections. https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/duodenal-ulcer

I had what was termed "lesions," and normally ulcers are in the stomach, rather than the small intestines. I'm not sure why they would want you to have her continue to eat gluten, since she had a positive blood test, but as her doctor said, if she is uncomfortable and having symptoms why not have her go gluten-free at this point? If her symptoms improve, it would be another indicator that she has celiac disease and/or gluten sensitivity. This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):
