Is It Possible To Get Gluten From The Dishwasher?

From my understanding, the alcohol does denature the bonds in the peptides.  I do not remember where I learned that, so I cannot state any source, sorry.

That is not correct.  Some testing methods involve an alcohol extraction.  If alcohol denatured the gluten, that would not work.

you may not make unsupported claims on this forum, sorry, whether it is your understanding or not.  stick to facts.

    I tested positive for TTG IGG but not TTG IGA, and I do not have IGA deficiency. Basically I was just told to avoid gluten because I'm "probably celiac". I am curious what else could be causing the high IGG? If not gluten..?
