Off To Denmark

I'm travelling to Denmark next week,the first time I've travelled overseas since going gluten free. From what I've been able to find out there should be some gluten free foods available, but I'm still a bit nervous about both potential cross contamination as well as being unable to fully participate in meals out etc.

Just wondered if anyone here has travelled there or have any tips on good foods to take along?
