Well I can certainly confirm that the article is true.  Brain fog was a major symptom for me, I thought I was losing my mind.  I ended up being diagnosed with ADHD which is now gone since going gluten free a few months ago.  I would forget things, I couldn't focus, couldn't sit still long enough to complete any task.  I ran into things, I fell down, I would have a hard time finishing a sentence because I would lose my train of thought part way through the sentence.  I couldn't focus long enough to listen to anyone speaking, I could be looking directly at them, see them talking and not hear a word they said.
